Blogging isn't my first priority now, unlike before. Seems like work has taken it's place so, sorry earthlings for the lack of update. Back to the topic ! OH MY GOD. I CAN'T BELIEVE I ACTUALLY RECEIVED A GOOD PROGRESS AWARD. FUCK FUCK FUCK, FUCKING HAPPY PLEASE. Eh it's only my second year receiving it so why wouldn't I be happy ? Free money, that means more money to spend and shop :D Whatever la Cheryn whatever.

Recently, I've been spending way too much cash with my mom. Entering shops and spending hundreds of dollars in there. Money is hard to earn, why can't branded shops understand that. It's time they lower their prices, damn it. Financial crisis, Economic recession, bloody hell do they actually get it ? And finally, I've found my way to Ps cafe at dempsey road. Like wow, the place is freaking cool. Deco and atmosphere wise beats the shit outta every single cafe surviving on this island. The cakes are awesome but the prices aren't.

Anyway the last week of Jan, I'll be extremely busy so hopefully results are released before the lunar new year. I'll be spending my new year at Shangrila hotel for 3D2N. What a waste of money and time. After spending 3 days there, I'll be spending one day at home before setting off to KL to relax -.- To fucking relax with my results in hand ? Fucking no. But that's what my mom has in mind so I have no choice but to agree. The resort stay and airplane tixs are already booked so I can't back out, can I ? Talking about results, I've been having endless nightmares on them. It's really too late to regret. I may have once again ruin my entire future, let's all hope for the best :(

Plans for this entire week. Work shall resume on thurs, fri and sat. Specially took off today to spend time with K cos he suggested to catch a gold class movie with me later and it's his treat :D Oh my, it's my first time at gold class and I'm really excited for it. I'll be heading over to Starhub tmr to sign up for a new plan with my dad and hopefully he allows me to change my phone. Can't expect much cos I haven't been on talking terms with him so it's hard to ask for things. Steamboat later on weds night with my colleagues. And, back to working on thurs, hell but fun :D

Earlier, Jade came over for piano lessons and we had a game of wii. Oh my, that girl sucks at both bowling and tennis. Totally owned her at it. Oh and she has a hidden talent ... cos she surprisingly beat me at golf. Wow Jade wow. Alright, enough of blogging. Will blog soon ! Tata.

Surprisingly the humchee of the day wasn't chongyan but jin kia totally beat everyone to it. She drooled on yan's shirt during viking and guess what, they were sitting at the first row -.- Not at all thrilling please. While the rest of us sat at the second last and last row respectively, how brave :D Haunted house was fucking scary and we bloody hell got lost in the middle of the tour. Lex was the leader, Rachael, Yanling, Me, Gina, followed by Sheryl. This was the order which we entered, and oh my god gina nearly stripped me. She kept pulling my tee and was practically hiding behind my back like 99% of the tour. As usual, lex did her 'thing' by secretely touching our legs during the tour and it fucking hell scare the hell outta all of us (haha sucker) I'm too lazy to continue ... I'll upload the photos as soon as possible (chongyan, quickly send me) Not forgetting the heart to heart talk we had at coffee bean. Nothing beats that cause it was definitely a night to remember. Thanks chongyan, lyelye and jin kia :D and the other two who missed out on that. The rest of the week ? I was busy with work and family :D

Next week's work schedule - mon and sat, I'll be at vivo. weds, thurs and fri, I'll be at raffles place. Yes hurry come by and visit me at work.

Ps, I've been spending way too much money on branded goods. 90 bucks for a levis's top and 90 bucks for an esprit vest. I can't believe the amount of money I have been spending. Self control Cheryn, damn you. Family renuion dinner tomorrow, got to rush over after work !

Work started exceptionally early today cos we had a mega delivery order and it's the company's first official order since it's establishment, so we'd to drag ourselves down early to help out with the preparations. As usual, I was late for work again. During lunch hour, Gwen and Nina came over to visit me :D Nina passed me a pair of havaianas slim edition flip flops from aussie and I'm totally in love with it. Thanks gangsterrrr, looking hot siol with the dyed hair !!!

I'll be going down to oub tmr to clean up the place and while doing so, I get to clock in extra hours :D This makes me happy as I'm attempting to save lots of money. Next week, I'll be scheduled at oub on mon, weds and thurs. And at vivo on tues, all for yan's sake and the others. Friday and the weekends will be my only off days so quickly date me out la.

I'm hired, I'm hired, I'm fucking hired siol :D I'll be starting training tmr and I'm definitely going to love my job cos it's the coolest work place ever. The manager accepted me immediately after questioning the other workers if they like me. The people there kept teasing me with this guy, just because I'm single. What the hell.

In a blink of an eye, the o'levels will be over :D How cool is that, finally the long awaited hols has arrived ! Last paper, and hopefully I'll ace it. Not very prepared though but I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping for the best. Maths is a confirm screwed up subject, I don't want to get a C :( definitely, still living in denial. Pftt, I hate maths, I can't wait to part with that sub and be free from it, foreverrrrr.

I may be travelling to hk in January :D definitely before the release of results. Hopefully mom will be able to apply for leave, and I'm seriously not looking forward to another round of disappointment after having to cancel our US trip in dec due to work, sigh :( Mom said cheekily, yeah it's better to leave before your results. Ugh, she may be hoping for something bad as well, just like me. I'm such a failure :(

Frolick

I'm dead exhausted. Tennis, gym and basketball sessions were enough to kill me for the day. Considering the fact that I can't play basketball for nuts and dribbling actually requires skill manz. Sadly, I'm lacking at it but whatever la, It's a sport meant for guys then let it be then. Headed to gardens next for frolick before crossing over to cold storage to get our groceries ready for tmr's BBQ !!! I'm totally looking forward to it. Since the chuan is pretty near to chompchomp, and if ryan is willing to walk over with me to get another cup of frolick, i'll be most delighted. It's tempting la, hard to resist.

Intensive tennis and gym later :) May be rollerblading as well. Excited siol. Sorry nina, I wasn't able to meet y'all yesterday. Soon alright. I must still be suffering from post hyper syndrome (stares at nina) And as usual, I was running late. Forever la, I can never change for the better. Met them at spins before heading to wisma to shop. Then after, we headed to liat towers to chill, while waiting for lex to come.

Nina looks like mee sua. Haha er no, just that she is annoyingly in love with it and for her sake, we walked all the way to far east under the scotching sun. How sweet right gwen and I ? (kay I self-proclaim all) Lex came, took a bus to cine to take neoprints. Neoprints, omg you know how long haven't I used that word ? Like freaking longggggg. Val came, took a bus down to bugis. Walked all the way to haji to get my heels before heading down to kelantan road for the flea market. Cheap bargains, we will be going back there tomorrow.

Little india next, wha first time I thread my eyebrows la. Damn painful but the pain was worth it cos it makes me look neater (haha my own theory) Eyebrows can do wonders manz. We had Thosai for dinner. After dinner, we took a slow walk back to bugis where lex had to leave so nina, gwen, val and I went to bugis to shop. Nina and I totally went mad together and she says, mixing with me makes her stupid cos she's starting to speak like me. Whatever, I'm so kewl, you should be honoured. Walked around, had lots of fun together. Too bad the ''fun'' only came to life at 9, wasted sia. Arcade next and we were freaking pro at certain games (talented?) Left bugis at 10 cos nina wanted to play games with me so val waited for us at the side while gwen left.

I hate you bloody O's, you're cause of my 'no-life' status. I'm screwed, very indeed. Less than 2 weeks to O's, how great ? Started revision yet, er not exactly. Then how, FUCKING FAIL LA.

Steam is low

What an exhausting day at school. First up, school started at 815 for both Jade and I (haha, we set our own school rules y'see) Secondly, we lied to the security guard that we came back to school for self-study purposes so as to avoid receiving the hundredth pink slip within this year. Thirdly, I was one of the three from my class who attended the SS surprise test :D Yes, there's a reason why it is a surprise test and there's also a reason why I was present. As simple as, to surprise laaaaaaa :D Pretty last min though and as usual, Ms Koh forgot to inform us about the test AGAIN. Lastly, school ended late at night for most of us as we had extra classes with mrs chu to attend. I love her lessons, excluding the presence of a couple of annoying kiddos who just doesn't understand the statement of ''Silence is fucking golden'', so learn to control your mouth la bastards. Chilled at macs along with J, F and S while waiting for time to pass and when the clock struck 930 ... That spells the dismissal of gossips. Goodnight world.

Missing me

I'm tired of skipping school and I think I should stop procrastinating, and start attending school like a normal seconday school student. Instead of finding lousy excuses like my back is aching ? (haha yes what the hell) Settled, I shall attend school tomorrow and no more hesistations, damn it.

I'm dying without my Itouch, just 24 hours apart and I'm already missing it. Blame it on my mother, how could she have left it in the office. I needed her to charge it for me, the full 8 hours, power charge, and I was so upset, I wanted to freaking cry (joking la)

This afternoon, I went down to town to collect my pre-ordered Itouch and while I was at borders, I met a new friend. And surprisingly, I've changed my mind drastically so I suppose I'll be attending school tomorrow :D

I ended up giving school a miss again.

I was forced to attend school today, all thanks to LYW and her constant calls :( I wouldn't have expected any calls from her if it weren't for Gina's warning. She surprisingly called me yesterday to inform me about the all-school-pre-danger-exercise, all thanks to megala and that friend of hers who stupidly just had to play truant and get all of us into trouble. I simply dread receiving unknown call numbers, because you never know when LYW decides to give you yet another 'miss call' which is of plain annoyance.

Actually things are perfectly fine between us, blame it on the loss for words. I'm disgusted, I really am and equally terrified. Please don't ask why because I, myself can't seek for a honest and sarcasm-free reply so do give that question a miss if you're thinking of asking. I'm no longer angry and I'm surprised that they call it a cold war when it isn't even true so let it be then. Kalpana gave me a sudden lecture for nothing, immediately after learning from lex regarding the 'cold war' :/

After school, I managed to rush home right after the bell rang as I needed an urgent bath before the start of yet another surprise mock practical. An hour was the most I could give and accomplishing it was no biggie :D So after practical, I went down to town to meet up with brandon and his friend (yell-ow) for a short while before heading else where.

21 days is all that is left and it is nearing the end of my duty as a high school student. I'm thrilled cos I needed a 'get away' and thank god, picturing the final leg is finally within reach :D Find me the drive and I'll definitely keep working at it.

An occasion

The wedding.

Yesterday was one helluv hectic day for my relatives and I as we prepared ourselves for the final leg of wedding preparations. And as usual, I, being the all time spoiler was the only one who attended school while my other cousins went ahead with the church ceremony as they were eager to witness the exchange of vowels between the newly-wed.

Headed down to Shangri la hotel, camwhored snacked and played around. Dinner was mouth-watering (er why wouldn't it be when it is a 10 course meal) :D I went around stealing people's food so I ended up with double portions for myself. Can't help it, I'm really greedy. And oh god, the wedding was like a mini-matchmaking session for myself as my mother went around introducing me to this boy, that boy and all types of boys. The best part was, their parents are in love with me as they held continuous long conversations and I'd to stand there smiling like a fool and constantly answering the questions that they pose (real exhausting) Ps, some other stuffs happened at the end :D (smiles to myself)

Joel was extremely sweet as he agreed to lend me his outer sweater of his suit (kay I dont know what you call it but thanks) or I would have frozen to death. Yes yanling, I managed to outshine the bride :D (joking la) Pictures soon.

Joke of the day: My classmates think that I study on a daily basis (yes come on, laugh along) It is hilarious to know that such rumours are actually spreading and there is a reason for the word 'rumour' being used here. Of course it isn't true and now, they may as well be doubting my general knowledge and that's kind of sad to be aware of.

If many didn't know, Jade and I usually spend our time playing msn games together or catching real world: road rules on mtv or wasting our time on each other as they host long conversations up to a minimum of one hour. And that is the reason why I usually end up sleeping only at 3 in the morning. So to all curious readers out there, you can go on spreading whatever you want because do I look like I actually bother ? Errr no I don't, so don't bother treating me as a competition because all of you jolly well know that you could easily beat me. Since a majority of my classmates study like as if the O'levels is on tomorrow and to be honest, I do pity them in one way or another.

I'm the official champion of guitar hero :D It was a total ownage over at rachael's house earlier. School ended late for the three of us (lex yan and myself) as we stupidly attended the SJI international talk. It was pretty interesting though, and I'll be interested in it if only I was that smart or else it definitely is impossible for myself to even have the thoughts of qualifying (60 per cohort, joke) I can't even score well to qualify for prestigous courses in the polytechnic, let alone fight with the whole of Singapore just for the limited 60 vacanies. IB is indeed cool and well recognised in the world but I'm just sad that I'm not born smart (damn it) But at least I'm a guitar hero champion, and that will do !!! Rock band on friday with the suckers, can't wait :D

Over the days, I've changed my mind drastically and currently I'm craving for an Ipod touch instead. 16GB, $498 (wha heartache) even a damn Ipod video, 120GB cost only $398 !! what the fuck right, but the touch's applications are way too advanced in comparison to the video. By the way, I bought my mango sweater at $75. Bloody hell, It isn't even worth it and I wonder if it is considered an impulsive buy. Eventually temptations had the upper hand. Er fuck it and I'm going to get my Ipod before Sept ends.

Anyway I attended school on friday and we finally gotten back a few of our exam scripts. Fared relatively well and a little beyond expectations after all GK was in control of my papers and that definitely deserves credit. You can't win if you don't play and guess what I'm going to beat the shit outta those assholes.

I can't wait for school tomorrow and all of us will be present for the retreat, excluding the spoilers (haha) but still, I'm happy because I haven't seen everyone for such a long time. Retreat tomorrow is definitely going to memorable, just can't wait for it. No doubt, most of us may end up crying as after all it is our last year in IJ and having worn the uniform for a good whole eleven years, I'll definitely leave IJ with the upmost reluctance and with a heavy heart :( Hardcore reflecting tomorrow, yes I totally need it. Especially for O's. Dear God, please inspire me to keep working hard towards the end of O's, and although it is very much up to one's mentality but still, I really am looking for the drive which unfortunately is lacking behind (yes how long do I ever take just to get myself back on track) Once again, major catching up to do.

Kill the devil

Careless mistakes are such a sin, this I conclude after sitting for today's papers. For my case, physics was relatively fine and the MCQ was easy unlike bio, call me dumb coz I thought some of the questions were rather challenging. I may have flunked it badly but whatever, it is over and I should stop thinking about it. There is nothing I can do to savage the situation as well. Depending on general knowledge at times do suck because whenever you come across a question which you are having uncertainies over, it is hard to judge from your point of view. After all 2 out of the 4 answers seemed correct.

After the papers, I went to party with BFF and we pampered ourselves to sakae and yami yoghurt before heading upstaires to find some activities to keep ourselves occupied. And as usual, we went back to the art craft stores to do some colouring :/ (yes how old already)

Joke of the day: Y'all should have seen how gina coloured her elephant. She coloured the head blood red in colour, body in yellow, legs in pink and so on. On thurs, I wasted my time at City Hall in search for a new dress that will be suitable for my cousin's upcoming wedding and furthermore, having to suffer with the continuous bleeding below, oh god I seriously could not have asked for a better day (which isn't cramps though, just menses) The only plus point was to dine at din tai feng, the xiao long baos were the bomb and I'd like 6-7 of them (yes what a pig) For the past few days, fried rice has been a drug to me, strange isn't it ? Because since young, I've never like eating fried rice and whenever I see the sight of it, I will think of puking. Oh my, perhaps I've finally grown up and er, no longer as picky as before ? (haha joke la)

On friday, I went to meet my mom in town. Yes it is my first time stepping into town since march ? Finally gotten a proper dress and I'm really excited and am looking forward to the wedding :) Right after entering Coach, I came across this bag with my kind of colours on it and it was seriously a love at first sight. Guess what, my mom just bought it without having to think twice over the price and I was so fucking happy about it. Thanks mom, I totally love the present :D Labels rulez !!! I need a new wallet and Gucci is unfortunately tempting me to get it. Haha, BFF should totally follow me back to Taka and Paragon to do more shopping and I need to get a swatch watch from Taka soon so that I can start learning to be early for all my appointments (: laugh now if you need to.

On saturday, I stayed home to catch 'the clash of the reds' soccer match and damn it, manutd was a MAJOR disappointment. Yeah I was pretty upset over the result but whatever la, it is only a game manz ! As what Brandon says, histories and records are supposed to be broken and there's always another time where it will be created again. YES GO MANUTD, THRASH LIVERPOOL (haha, don't kill me jade) Finally managed to tidy up my room and it looks a bit neater to me but definitely still as messy as before.

I can't imagine, just a few months ago, Gina & I were on bad terms with Feline (in a way) because whenever we see her around in school, we would either roll our eyes or stare at her. Damn it, why are we so mean ? So we met up for tuition before heading over to lor 5 for supper, treating ourselves to a mini feast. Everyone around us were staring in disbelief at the no. of dishes, we ordered. As usual we embarrassed ourselves, spitting ice at each other, doing silly actions and so on. What to do, August babies are born loveable. Took a couple of pictures around my estate before Gina left.

I can't emphasize how much I love watching the over-rated drama within it's circle of friends and I can't imagine the craze is back when O'levels is apparently less than 2 months away. Damn it, I should have resisted season 2's temptations but it was real hard (pftt temptation just kills)

Random Fact: I'm in love with Blair, and as usual Chuck Bass was mesmerizing to the eyes. Somehow Blair looks different from season one or am I the only one who think so.
